With the length of time we spend sitting at our desks, in front of TVs and behind the wheel reaching an all time high, our posture has never mattered more.

We all know we should be sitting better and working more on holding good posture, but it’s easy to forget. However, it is something worth continuing to work on as poor posture is one of the biggest contributors to back and neck pain.
