We are used to being told that what we eat may affect our risk of obesity, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Now, scientists say that when we eat our food may also have a bearing.

A team led by King’s College London which reviewed the available evidence are calling for larger scale studies to assess the impact of what they call “chrono-nutrition”.
