The debate has long been running as to whether cycling or running is better for you.

A new study suggests that running has a more positive impact on bone health than cycling.

Running puts a higher physical load on bones than swimming or cycling, and this could be telling the body to build more bone tissue, researchers say, whereas ultra-endurance swimmers and cyclists may actually suffer weakening of their bones.
