Researchers at the Salf Institute in California found that mice fed on a high-fat diet, but only allowed to eat within an eight-hour window, were healthier and slimmer than mice who were given exactly the same food but allowed to eat it whenever they wanted.
Studies conducted on humans have come out with similar results, suggesting that eating breakfast later and dinner earlier can lead to individuals losing more body fat and and seeing bigger falls in blood sugar levels and cholesterol than control groups.
